ITC Advanced Outdoor First Aid course
The advanced outdoor first aid course starts off where the outdoor course ends and as such a 16 hour Outdoor First aid course is a prerequisite for attending the advanced course. On this course a wider range of topics and traumas are dealt with in greater depth, including consideration of caring for a casualty for an extended period of time. The course is of 2 days (18 hours) duration and is suitable for those wishing to further their knowledge and skills to a higher level particularly with regards to participating in adventurous activities in remote locations.
