First Aid at Work
A 3 day course that delivers the First Aid at Work qualification that meets the HSE requirements and is the recommended course for many work places. Delegates will receive a colour first aid manual and upon completion of the course a certificate valid for 3 years. This course is suitable for low to high risk workplaces and no previous training or qualifications are necessary. Find out more.

ITC Outdoor first aid
First aid situations do not always occur in tidy locations! The ITC outdoor first aid course teaches how to deal with a wide range of situations that might occur in adventurous settings. It is particularly of relevance to those going on expeditions, those who take part in or lead adventurous activities, those who work in remote locations and anyone who wishes to further their first aid skills. AED course
A half day course that covers the use of automated external defibrillators. The course also revises basic life support and can be delivered both as a stand-alone course or incorporated into one of the longer courses if required. Find out more.

Paediatric first aid
We offer both two day and one day courses that teach the first aid that is of particular relevance to those working primarily with children. Both options are broad ranging courses covering all the important and common childhood first aid situations. Find out more.
