Annual First Aid Update

Under current guidelines it is ‘strongly recommended’ that first aiders attend a half-day annual first aid refresher course, prior to completing a full re-qualification at 3 years. This course is suitable for first aiders with a current first aid certificate who require an annual update.

3 years is a long time between courses, with the risk of skill fade, so ensure that your staff are always up to speed with first aid matters with our annual half-day refresher course.

The course includes

• Basic life support
• Using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
• Care of the unconscious casualty
• Wounds and bleeding
• Treating shock
• Open forum of additional topics

• Duration: 3 hours
• Maximum number of delegates: 12
